The Service

erganifree.com is a digital work-card and schedule tool that connects to the Greek ERGANI II system using credentials you provide. It is operated by IELKO LLC, 312 W 2nd St, Unit #A1590, Casper, WY 82601, USA.

Your responsibilities

You must be authorised to act for the company you connect, keep your ERGANI credentials and sign-in methods secure, inform your employees how their clock-ins are recorded, and review what is submitted. You remain responsible for your legal obligations towards ERGANI and your employees.

Plans and billing

Companies with up to 2 employees (as reported by ERGANI) use the Service free of charge. Larger companies pay the monthly price shown on the Billing page, charged through Stripe, cancellable at any time; the change takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices may include VAT where applicable.

Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload or bypass limits of the Service, no submission of false records.

Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the Service “as is”. ERGANI itself may be unavailable; punches are queued and retried automatically but we cannot guarantee delivery within legal deadlines when ERGANI is down.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses, fines or penalties arising from late or incorrect submissions.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your company at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or threaten the Service.

Law

Greek law applies; the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
